Confidentiality Policy
1. Purpose
The purpose of this “Privacy Policy” is to provide a legal framework for the use of the ATOM site and its services.
This contract is concluded between:

3. Access to services
Any User with access to the Internet can access the site free of charge and from anywhere. The costs incurred by the User to access it (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not borne by the Publisher.

Access to the site does not require the creation of an account.

11. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is established in Geneva, Switzerland.
